SKILLWAZE MISSION

More important than what we do is why we do it.

Introduce the 21st Century Skills of Gen Z to Employers by creating employment opportunities for early talent through virtual internships.

The 21st Century Education Skills Gap problem can be solved by enabling Industry to unleash the 21st Century Skills for all of Gen Z.

Our philosophy is to help enable those in education, industry and economic development.

SkillWaze was founded by Dan Benveniste originally as WilFund (Women in Leadership) with the mission to help female entrepreneurs enter and participate in the 21st Century Innovation Economy.  Early market feedback indicated the problem and the need extended to the broader global population.

Today SkillWaze helps Gen Z,  college students, alumni, white-collar, blue-collar, new-collar, veterans to unleash their own individual 21st Century skills and find their career pathway with employers large and small.
